Формальное уведомление владельцем свободно обращающегося опциона (option) представителя фирмы, продавшей этот опцион, о том, что он хочет воспользоваться своим правом покупки (в случае опциона “кол” (call option)) или продажи (в случае опциона “пут” (put option)) по цене использования опциона (exercise price) и в срок его исполнения (exercise date).
